How your order reaches you — the areas we cover, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where we deliver
Right now we deliver across Mumbai:
- Mulund and the neighbourhoods around it — brought to your door by our own team, free of charge.
- The rest of Mumbai — sent through our courier partners.
We don’t ship outside Mumbai yet. That may change as we grow.
How long it takes
- Mulund & nearby: usually delivered within 1–2 working days of your order being confirmed.
- Rest of Mumbai: usually 3–5 working days from confirmation.
Timelines can shift a little for stock, weather or courier delays. If your order is going to take longer than usual, we’ll tell you.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on every order within Mulund and nearby areas.
- Any charge for the rest of Mumbai is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Collect from the store
You can also pick your order up yourself. Choose Collect from store at checkout, select a branch and a two-hour time slot, and we’ll have it packed and waiting — no delivery address needed.
Tracking your order
Once your order is confirmed you’ll get updates on its progress. For our own Mulund-area deliveries you can also just call us for a real-time update.
Delays & problems
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email shreemurugansteelpalace@gmail.com or call 90906 61966 and we’ll chase it straight away.
Damaged in transit
If your order turns up damaged, see our Refund & Return Policy — damaged items are replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you.
