Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Mumbai. Orders in Mulund and the nearby neighbourhoods are brought to your door by our own team, free of charge; the rest of Mumbai is sent through our courier partners in 3–5 working days. We don’t ship outside Mumbai yet.

How long will my order take?

Around Mulund, usually 1–2 working days from confirmation. Elsewhere in Mumbai, usually 3–5 working days. If anything is going to take longer, we’ll let you know.

How do I pay?

At checkout you can pay online through our secure payment partner, Razorpay, or choose “Collect from store” and pay by cash or UPI when you pick your order up. We never store your card or bank details.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Yes. Choose “Collect from store” at checkout, pick a branch and a two-hour time slot, and we’ll have your order packed and waiting. No delivery address needed.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Bargain-priced purchases follow exactly the same policy as regular-priced ones.

Something arrived damaged — what should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and it won’t count against your 7-day return window.

How does “Make an offer” work?

On eligible products, signed-in customers can propose their own price. Our team reviews every offer personally and replies with a yes or their best counter — the way it works at our counter in Mulund. The full rules are on the How bargaining works page.
