Your return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.
- This applies to everything, including items bought through the Bargain feature — a bargain-priced purchase is returned and refunded exactly like a regular-priced one.
What cannot be returned
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original packaging
- Anything marked non-returnable on its product page
How to request a return
- Contact us at shreemurugansteelpalace@gmail.com or 90906 61966 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason.
- We’ll arrange a pickup or a drop-off with you.
- Once we’ve received and checked the item, we process your refund.
Refund timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item.
- The refund goes back to the original payment method used for the order.
- You’ll get a confirmation once it has been processed.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost, and it won’t count against your standard 7-day window.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, the standard return process above applies instead.
