- To respond to your bargain requests and support queries
- To send order updates and, if you opt in, the occasional offer

- Razorpay — for payment processing
- Delivery and courier partners — only what is needed to deliver your order (name, address, phone number)
- VasyERP — our internal inventory and order-management system
- Law enforcement or regulators — only where legally required

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention rules, such as order and tax records)
- Withdraw consent for optional communications, like marketing emails, at any time
